Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering top-quality products along with outstanding customer support. Sometimes products may arrive with manufacturing flaws, sustain damage during delivery, or be shipped incorrectly. If your purchase does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please get in touch promptly by emailing us at info@thenewrules.ai. We will gladly evaluate your situation.
All requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to decide on the type of remedy we can offer, such as a replacement, refund, or return.
Return for Refund
You have the option to return any undamaged and properly delivered item at your own expense to our warehouse for a full refund of the product price. To initiate a return, please notify us within two weeks of receiving the product using the provided email.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to returning items.
All voluntary returns or exchanges need to be received at our facility within 30 days of your initial return request; after that period, we will be unable to process the return or exchange.
Digital Products
Digital goods, including ebooks, downloadable files, or redemption codes not fully managed by us, are non-returnable and non-refundable. In mixed orders containing digital and physical items, partial refunds may be possible. To discuss cancellations or returns, contact our support via the ticket system.
Unsolicited Returns
If a returned package arrives at our warehouse without prior arrangement, we will contact you to verify the shipping address. We will follow up once after one week. If no response is received within seven days of that follow-up, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued and the item restocked.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders every business day, except in exceptional circumstances and on public holidays or weekends. The standard preparation and shipping timeframe is usually between 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. During busy periods, such as holiday seasons or product launches, delivery times may extend to 1–2 weeks or more. Pre-ordered items will be shipped around the date specified in their product description.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that autofill or other address assistance features are correctly set. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, we cannot control their delivery. We cannot modify addresses or provide shipment status beyond tracking information available to you. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages but will make reasonable efforts to offer refunds or product replacements at our discretion.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact the customer to confirm the correct shipping address for reshipment. After one week, we will send a follow-up email. If no response is received within seven days following this reminder, the order will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) and the product returned to inventory.
Pricing and Delivery Terms
We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method at our discretion. Shipping fees depend on the customer's location. We make no guarantees about delivery speed, as delays caused by the carrier can occur.
International Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
Similar to domestic shipments, we choose the carrier and shipping method. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and cover shipping only—they do not include customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery time guarantees are not provided; carrier delays are possible.
Standard international orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after dispatch. For FedEx shipments, FedEx manages customs clearance and delivery. With USPS shipments, packages transfer to local postal carriers who contact recipients about any customs fees.
Lost International Packages
Packages are deemed lost if no tracking updates occur for two months, or three months during peak holiday season (October–January). Please refer to our return policy for lost or damaged shipment procedures.
