About Andrzej Tuchołka

Software architect, tech entrepreneur, and PhD researcher who's spent 15+ years building systems that scale.

I've worked across multiple technology cycles—scaling social networks to millions of users, building distributed infrastructure, leading blockchain projects, and founding ventures in domains from video processing to industrial IoT. My career has consistently positioned me at the intersection of emerging technology and practical implementation.

My PhD research focused on using neural networks and antipatterns to identify design errors—teaching me how to cut through noise and focus on what actually matters. That methodology now applies to understanding AI's impact on software development.

"The New Rules" synthesizes these decades of experience into something rare: a non-hysterical guide to navigating the AI era. No predictions about developer obsolescence. No AI hype. Just practical frameworks for building a sustainable career when everything is accelerating.

I wrote this for the developers and technical leaders who are tired of hot takes and want clear thinking instead.
